We guarantee: our products are carefully packaged and you can choose your preferred shipping method!

PANFUNDUS, INC usually ships via FedEx 2 Day (all lenses, flat rate shipping), UPS/FedEx Ground and occasionaly USPS. We do our best to ensure all orders are promptly processed and shipped within 1-2 days or less (Monday - Friday). Shipping warehouse closed weekends and holidays. If an order is placed over the weekend, it will ship Monday. Most shiping carriers will not deliver on the weekend, if you select overnight shipping on Friday, it will arrive Monday.

Some items may take an additional 7 business days to ship. Panfundus.com delivers to any acceptable address within the United States (All 50 States) and Canada.

Important Shipping Information - Please Read  Available shipping methods include Ground, 2-Day and Overnight.  Shipping rates are dynamically generated during the time of checkout.  Upon inputing your shipping address, real-time rates will be displayed.  All rates are received directly from our shipping carriers.  Panfundus, Inc. does not markup shipping rates.  All packages are insured when shipped.  Ship times are only an estimate, actual ship times may vary. We currently DO ship international orders - with exceptions. We currently DO NOT ship to hotel addresses - no exceptions. A backordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.

If a product you have already ordered becomes backordered, you will be sent an email notification. After receiving this email, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.

Backorders remain active for 30 days. If backordered items are not available within 30 days, they are automatically canceled. 5 days before it is scheduled to cancel you will receive an e-mail which will ask you if you would like your backorder to be extended. At that time, you may extend the backorder by contacting Customer Care. Extension periods vary by product.
